Simon Says Stamps Monday Challenge- Wild and Wonderful

Hey friends,

Have you guys seen all the beautiful inspirational projects that have been posted already for the Monday Challenge? Y’all!!! There are flowers and animals of all kinds. There are projects that celebrate adventure. How could you not be inspired to grab a few things and get to work! Here is my card…

I have a special place in my heart for all things MFT! They make my heart smile. This is the adorable BB Squirrel set. I colored my squirrels with Copic Markers and the background is ink smooshed on Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor paper. I love making backgrounds when I’m not feeling a full on project. So I have a stack ready to play with at any time.

Here is a close up of the squirrels. I layered them on a 2 1/4″ circle that I ink blended some Tumbled Glass Ink on the center of. Then I added some metallic thread and sequins. The greeting is stamped in Archival Ink (Mermaid Lagoon).  This card also follows the Created by Karen Sketch 001
